S-PRESS modules were installed on both the Heating Section and Traction Section of an existing United Double Facer.
Immediate improvements reported by the customer were flatter board with an increase of caliper.
With speed increases of 20% throughout the range and a reduction in the Double Facer power consumption of 50 amps, we left site again with another very happy customer.
